The same teams that will pre-produce your event (many of whom have worked for Comtec for over ten years), will be with you at your live event, operating the equipment and making sure that what you have been promised is delivered. The Technical and Media departments always carry back-up equipment on our trucks to each event which mirrors the live event equipment, to negate any risks of equipment issues on-site.
Having produced some amazing events, such as the BAFTAs, the launch of a nuclear submarine and an X-Factor themed conference for 850 delegates, we understand the need to have a flexible approach. Although we apply best practise to all our projects, each live event is managed on a bespoke level to accommodate individual event objectives and client budgets.

Conferences & Seminars
After years of producing conferences and seminars for clients around the world, we understand how important it is to create a seamless
backdrop for speakers to communicate their messages and an inspirational environment for the delegates attending. Whilst each of our
conferences has a bespoke theme, the key is to create a balance between a striking platform for speakers, without detracting from our
clients corporate identity or conference objectives. We achieve this through working very closely with our clients at the outset to

Exhibition Solutions
From our on-site workshops we have designed and produced some outstanding exhibition stands for our clients, with varying budgets.
Based on the principles and processes used to build stage sets, we apply the same engineering techniques and health and safety mechanisms.
Not only do we build all our exhibition stands in line with legal environmental standards, but also in line with Comtec’s own environmental plan which has seen us reduce our carbon footprint by 22% since December 2008.

Working under the direction of our in-house marketing consultants, our Technical and Media departments work very closely together to push the boundaries on creative solutions which ensure that our client’s products are launched in the most innovative and visually impactful way.
Once the creative concepts have been agreed with the client, then a dedicated event Project Manager will take over to ensure that as with all our live events, what is promised is delivered.
